Job summary

ThermoAnalytics, Inc. is seeking a Chief Product Officer to lead product vision and execution from Novi, MI or Calumet, MI. Hybrid schedule with weekly onsite hours.

The CPO will drive product strategy, organizational design, and cross-functional alignment to scale ARR and improve NRR. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in product management, 3–5 years in senior leadership within B2B SaaS, and a track record of growing software businesses to $50M+ ARR while managing multinational sales

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• 3–5 years in senior leadership within B2B SaaS.
• Experience scaling a software business from ~$10M to $50M+ ARR.
• Strong product leadership and executive communication.
• Financial acumen, commercial orientation, and ability to manage complex, multinational sales.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a 12–24 month product roadmap aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
• Build and lead a high-performing product organization across multiple integrated products.
• Align product priorities with engineering capacity and commercial goals (monetization, packaging, pricing, adoption).
• Use market/customer insights to shape strategy and reduce churn.
• Institute product operating mechanisms (discovery cadences, quarterly reviews, metrics).
• Own product-led growth metrics including revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction.
