ThermoAnalytics, Inc. seeks a Chief Product Officer to lead product vision and execution from Novi, Michigan or Calumet, Michigan with a hybrid schedule.

The CPO will oversee Product Management, Operations, Research, and Business Development, partnering with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive ARR and NRR while supporting services. The role calls for 10+ years in product management, 3–5 years in senior leadership within B2B SaaS, and a track record of scaling software

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience
• 3–5 years in senior leadership within B2B SaaS
• Experience scaling a software business from ~$10M to $50M+ ARR
• Strong product leadership, technical literacy, financial acumen
• Experience with multinational B2B sales environments
• Ability to transition from hands-on execution to leading managers

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a 12–24 month product roadmap aligned with company objectives
• Build and lead a high-performing product organization
• Align product priorities with engineering capacity and commercial goals
• Use competitive intelligence and customer data to guide strategy
• Establish product operating mechanisms and performance metrics
• Own product-led growth metrics including revenue and retention
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on GTM strategy and positioning
• Strengthen integration with CAE and PLM environments and optimize pricing
