Job summary

Brooks Automation is seeking a Project/Program Manager for Atmospheric Solutions to lead the initial production and customizable designs for a new semiconductor automation platform for global customers.

This role requires a BS in engineering, a minimum of 3 years of PM experience, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across Asia and Europe to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical or Software).
• Minimum 3 years of Project / Program Management experience.
• Familiarity with phase gate development processes and promotion of best practices.
• Extensive experience with SmartSheet or MS Project, including resource loading and leveling.
• Proven ability to lead direct / team members and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication at all levels of the organization.
• PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of strategic projects / programs delivering on time, to specification, and at cost.
• Manage risk mitigation and change control for the project(s) / program(s).
• Drive cross-functional program teams to common goals and make decisions to mitigate risk with clarity and speed.
• Communicate status of projects / programs to goals and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Quality, and Service across regions.
