Job summary

Brooks Automation US LLC is seeking a Project / Program Manager for Atmospheric Solutions to lead strategic projects across NPD and product extensions. You will coordinate design, product management, operations, and quality teams to deliver on time and within budget, while guiding risk mitigation and change control.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 3+ years of PM experience, and strong communication skills. Remote/office mix is possible, with global teams across Asia and Europe.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in an engineering related discipline; Advanced Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of Project/Program Management experience, ideally in New Product Development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of strategic projects/programs to deliver on time, to spec, and at cost.
• Manage New Product Development initiatives and revenue-driving extensions.
• Mitigate risk and manage change for the projects/programs you lead.
• Drive cross-functional teams (Design Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Quality, Service).
• Communicate project status clearly to goals and investment stakeholders.
• Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams in Asia and Europe.
