Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI data operations or related production environments.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams and managing projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a multimodal AI annotation team.
• Provide people leadership including coaching and workload planning.
• Balance quality, delivery timelines and priorities in projects.
• Own client-facing meetings and provide project updates.
• Monitor performance, quality metrics, and project health.
• Develop annotation guidelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate calibration sessions and quality reviews.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Product and Engineering to improve workflows.
• Support onboarding and development of new team members.
• Prepare regular reports on status and metrics.
