Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI data operations, data annotation, content quality, Trust & Safety, or similar production environments.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams and managing projects, with delivery ownership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience documenting processes and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a team of multimodal AI annotators and reviewers.
• Provide people leadership, coaching, performance management, and workload planning.
• Balance quality, delivery timelines, and operational priorities.
• Own client-facing meetings, provide project updates and risk plans.
• Serve as the primary contact for workflow questions and escalations.
• Monitor performance, quality metrics, and project health.
• Develop annotation guidelines, documentation, and quality standards.
• Coordinate calibration sessions and quality reviews.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Support onboarding and development of new team members.
• Identify risks and drive proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare regular reports on status, quality trends, and KPIs.
