Job summary

MediLodge is hiring an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role with 50% in-office and 50% remote after training. You will collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations to manage monthly close cycles, review invoices, ensure proper coding, and process payments to vendors in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a commitment to confidentiality in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and/or healthcare environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing invoices for accuracy prior to processing.
• Ensuring proper chart of accounts coding on invoices.
• Processing invoices on a timely basis and payments to vendors as directed.
• Research vendor inquiries and troubleshoots issues.
• Communicating effectively with employees and outside contacts at all levels.
• Ad hoc analysis and other duties as assigned.
