Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients across CARD centers, homes, schools, or via telehealth. This is a salaried, exempt, full-time position reporting to the Group Clinical Manager.

You will develop and review treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, collaborate with families, and ensure adherence to ABA best practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
• Oversee supervision hours and program adherence.
• Coach and train behavior technicians and collaborate with caregivers.
• Summarize and analyze data to evaluate patient progress.
