Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year in customer service and sales in banking or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through pre-set appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and partnerships.
• Educating customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking) and maintaining knowledge of products and policies.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
