Job summary

TruStage Insurance Agency, LLC in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking an Analyst III, Compliance Operations to oversee and improve enterprise compliance processes in a hybrid work model. The role focuses on policy documentation, regulatory research, process execution, documentation, QA, and reporting while coordinating with internal partners and external service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred in Insurance or Business fields.
• 3+ years of relevant compliance experience; mid-level position with growth opportunity.
• Ability to understand TruStage’s business model, legal requirements and compliance risks.

Responsibilities

• Execute multiple assigned compliance processes and identify risk mitigation opportunities.
• Document compliance policies and implementation plans; research regulatory requirements.
• Follow QA and audit practices to assess effectiveness of compliance processes.
• Measure, report performance and communicate compliance metrics to stakeholders.
• Understand TruStage’s business model and develop risk mitigation strategies for changes.
