Job summary

Eversource is seeking an Analyst in Regulatory Planning to monitor docket activity, identify deadlines, and coordinate across Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and business owners to ensure accurate filings.

The role supports CT, MA, and NH regulatory work, maintains filing records, and communicates risks and progress to stakeholders. Hybrid work arrangements are available with on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
• Three (3) or more years related experience; regulatory or utility experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, written communication, and attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned regulatory dockets, agency notices, decisions, orders, and other developments to identify required actions, filing commitments, and deadlines.
• Manage day-to-day coordination of assigned proceedings, including docket records, tracking deliverables, following up with responsible parties, and keeping stakeholders informed of status and milestones.
• Review regulatory requirements and filing instructions, coordinate collection of materials for complete and timely submissions.
• Partner with Regulatory Affairs, Legal, business owners, and SMEs to resolve questions, obtain reviews and approvals, and prepare filings.
• Perform quality checks on filing packages and materials for completeness and compliance.
• Maintain information in CaseWorks, SharePoint, docket trackers, and other team systems.
• Track obligations arising from regulatory decisions and orders, coordinate handoffs, and follow up on deliverables.
• Provide clear status updates and communicate emerging issues to leadership.
• Support maintenance and improvement of regulatory repositories, tracking tools, and workflows.
• Contribute to process documentation and knowledge sharing to promote consistency.
• Provide coverage for other regulatory matters as needed.
