Xcel Energy Inc. is offering a fall internship in Regulatory Administration for candidates who currently reside in Colorado. The program provides part-time hours during the school year and full-time during the summer, with hybrid work arrangements and in-person commuting to the designated location.

Formación

• Current student, Junior or higher
• Enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in Business, English, Economics, Public Policy, Environmental, etc.
• Able to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours a week)/ part time during the school year (up to 20 hours a week) and commuting to the designated work location in-person, per our hybrid work policy.

Responsabilidades

• Manage or support an assigned case(s)
• Research issues if needed
• Meet case milestones timely and accurately
• Report to management on milestones
• Provide recommendations for leadership if decisions needed
• Work cross-functionally with business partners across the organization
• Create high-level process maps of the case management process or other related processes and look for process improvements.
