Job summary

Triangle Credit Union in Nashua, NH, seeks a Commercial Loan Coordinator to support the lending team from origination through closing. You will handle front-desk inquiries, maintain loan documents, and assist with reporting and admin tasks.

You will coordinate with members, underwriters, attorneys, appraisers, and title companies to ensure timely processing, closing, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent certification/training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and loan processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides front-desk coverage and responds to member/branch inquiries.
• Maintains accurate loan documentation and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Supports the Commercial Loan Services Manager with reports and admin tasks.
• Coordinates with members, underwriters, attorneys, appraisers, and title companies for timely processing and closings.
• Inputs loan information in lending/core systems and books loans.
• Assists with SBA reporting and wires as needed.
• Provides general administrative support to loan officers.
