Job summary

Liberty Utilities is seeking an Analyst II in Regulatory Accounting to support rate cases, FERC/NARUC reporting, and data-requests as part of a growing regulatory accounting team.

You will own assigned schedules, extract actuals, reconcile data, and prepare workpapers with moderate supervision. A hybrid work arrangement is available, with strong Excel and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Two or more years of relevant accounting, financial reporting, or regulatory reporting experience.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and regulatory reporting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare data and schedules for rate-case filings and regulatory reporting with limited supervision.
• Extract actuals and reconcile data to regulatory schedules and source records.
• Draft support for regulatory assets, liabilities, and mappings with normalizations and explanations.
• Maintain audit-ready working papers and data-source documentation.
