Mansfield Energy Corp. is seeking a Manager, Sales to drive regional revenue in the Commercial and Industrial sectors, lead cross-functional teams, and maximize gross margin through strategic coaching and execution.

The role requires strong leadership, deep fuel industry knowledge, and the ability to manage budgets, develop partnerships, and deliver exceptional customer service while traveling up to 75% in a hybrid work model.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of the fuel industry.
• Five (5) plus years of selling branded and unbranded product within the petroleum industry.
• Sales leadership experience preferred; Mansfield Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coaching and mentoring: Develop clear goals for team members each year aligned to strategic goals and provide timely feedback.
• Departmental leadership: Set vision and measurable goals; manage department budgets and reporting to executives.
• Sales leadership: Collaborate with product line managers, marketing and sales teams to maximize earnings and growth.
• Work with customers to onboard new accounts and ensure high levels of customer service.
