Job summary

Ameritas Life Insurance Corp is seeking a DI Regional Sales Manager to drive Disability Income growth across DIF, A&A, and IDC channels. The role partners with RVPs, Internal Wholesalers, and field teams to deliver expert DI training and consultative support for broker engagement across assigned territories.

The position is hybrid, combining in-office work in Cincinnati, OH or Lincoln, NE with remote work. A minimum of 5 years' DI sales experience and leadership能力 are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of DI sales experience.
• Strong problem solving and creativity.
• License in life/health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Disability Income (DI) sales growth across all channels in assigned territories.
• Lead efforts to expand DI penetration within the A&A channel with external wholesalers and agency meetings.
• Conduct regular agency visits and field engagements to strengthen relationships and opportunities.
• Partner with RVPs, Internal Wholesalers, and distribution partners to execute territory strategies.
• Develop regional business plans aligned with corporate objectives and targets.
• Deliver customized DI training programs through on-site meetings and coaching sessions.
