Qualifikationen

• Requires four years of college education.
• Four years of progressively responsible administrative experience in public health.
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Illinois.
• Preferred: four+ years admin experience in Medicare/Medicaid related programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing (preferred).
• Certified by CMS as SMQT (preferred).
• Two years supervisory experience and strong regulatory knowledge.

• Administers licensure and federal surveys for long-term care facilities in Region 2.
• Directs field supervisor activities and ensures consistent policy across units.
• Acts as liaison with providers, the public, other state agencies, and federal officials.
• Develops and implements policies for field operations.
• Meets with stakeholders to discuss the long-term care survey process.
