KE2 Therm Solutions, a division under Acuity Inc., is seeking a Technical Support Analyst (Refrigeration Controls) based in Washington, MO, with hybrid work flexibility. You will provide expert technical support via phone and email for KE2 Therm controllers and related systems.

The role requires a four-year degree in a related field, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to travel for customer meetings or trade shows.

Competenze

• Four year degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, IT, Computer Science or equivalent field experience.
• HVAC and/or Refrigeration Systems knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Respond to technical questions from customers pertaining to the use of KE2 Therm controllers.
• Troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, and communication issues related to controllers and accessories.
• Log detailed notes in CRM and update tickets after every interaction.
• Collaborate with product development to identify customer requirements.
