The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) seeks a Recruiting & Workforce Development Analyst to support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and workforce development across the division. You’ll engage hiring managers, manage Workday tasks, maintain dashboards, and help ensure equitable hiring aligned with policy.

Collaboration with HR, Budget, and program leadership is essential for effective staffing and workforce planning.

Formación

• Experience coordinating recruitment and hiring activities, from postings to interview scheduling and reference/background checks.
• Experience developing or improving onboarding and offboarding processes and related documentation.
• Knowledge of state HR policies, equitable hiring practices, and collective bargaining agreements.
• Proficiency with HR systems (Workday) and office productivity tools to manage records and workflows.
