LifeView Group is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to drive recruitment for the Rural Health Transformation program. The role blends remote and on-site work with occasional travel to DeFuniak Springs, FL.

You will manage the end-to-end hiring process, partner with leadership to set hiring priorities, and ensure regulatory compliance while sourcing and evaluating candidates. The position offers a 32-hour workweek with benefits and requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize recruitment strategies for the Rural Health Transformation program.
• Manage the recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
• Collaborate with leadership to set goals, objectives, and hiring priorities.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates; provide recommendations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and background screenings as required.
