The Recruiting Coordinator role is hybrid, requiring some on-site work in Florida and occasional travel to the DeFuniak Springs area, with duties spanning from requisition to onboarding for the Rural Health Transformation program.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (may substitute equivalent combination of education and/or years of experience).
• Prior recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with good decision-making skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
• Must understand technology and keep abreast of industry trends.
• Must meet background eligibility requirements for assigned work location.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under policy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize recruitment strategies and activities for the Rural Health Transformation program.
• Manage the recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish goals, objectives, and hiring priorities.
• Cultivate and maintains relationships to source candidates; evaluate applications and interview candidates.
• Assure compliance with regulatory requirements.
