You will own the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of roles, partnering with hiring managers to build effective strategies, source, screen, interview, and extend offers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You should have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, be proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home on Fridays) role in Brisbane, CA.

About the Role

As a Recruiter at Odoo, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of roles and departments, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their teams, define hiring needs, and build effective recruiting strategies. You’ll be responsible for everything from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interviews, offers, and the overall candidate experience.

We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience who is proactive, organized, comfortable managing multiple searches at once, and confident partnering with hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified passive and active candidates.
• Conduct candidate screens to evaluate experience, motivation, communication, and overall alignment with the role.
• Manage multiple open positions and candidate pipelines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and follow-through.
• Guide hiring managers through structured, consistent, and objective interview processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, interview feedback, and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Deliver a thoughtful and professional candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.
• Track recruiting activity and pipeline health to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes.
• Partner with Recruiting Operations and other People team members to continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple roles and searches simultaneously.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
• Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to assess candidates beyond the resume and identify transferable skills, performance indicators, and potential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable working with recruiting metrics, ATS platforms, and other recruiting tools.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt as hiring needs change.
• Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential candidate and employee information appropriately.

Within your first few months, you’ll develop a strong understanding of Odoo’s teams, products, hiring profiles, and recruiting processes. You’ll independently manage your requisitions, build healthy candidate pipelines, and establish trusted partnerships with hiring managers.

Over time, you’ll become a go-to recruiting partner who not only fills roles but also helps hiring teams make stronger, more consistent hiring decisions.

As a Recruiter at Odoo, you will play a key role in driving the growth within our Brisbane office by supporting our mission to deliver lasting value to small and mid-sized businesses. In this position, you'll partner closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams and directly contribute to Odoo’s continued success. We’re looking for someone who is curious, empathetic, and an excellent communicator. You should have a solid understanding of SMB operations and a passion for connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities.

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $100-120k. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
