Odoo is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Brisbane, CA. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of roles, partnering with hiring managers to build effective strategies, source, screen, interview, and extend offers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You should have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, be proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
• Strong sourcing skills to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define hiring profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Screen candidates for experience, motivation, and fit.
• Manage multiple open positions and candidate pipelines concurrently.
• Guide interview processes and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
• Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience at every stage.
• Track recruiting activity and improve hiring outcomes.
