Job summary

Kovach is seeking a Recruiter who will partner with hiring managers across Corporate, Manufacturing, and Construction Operations to attract exceptional talent and deliver a superior onboarding experience. You will help build recruiting pipelines, use data to improve outcomes, and own the candidate journey from workforce planning through successful onboarding.

This role offers hybrid work eligibility based on performance and the chance to influence hiring decisions in a growing ESOP company.

Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and responsiveness.
• Ability to build productive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software and technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Recruit for Corporate, Manufacturing, and Construction positions.
• Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions that support effective hiring.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Source active and passive candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews and manage offers and onboarding to ensure a strong candidate experience.
