ABM is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter for Electrical Power Services to join our team and help attract top talent for our critical projects in Dallas.

This hybrid role requires sourcing, interviewing, and closing skilled technicians and field leaders while building strong relationships with managers and educational partners. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within a global facilities solutions leader.

Competenze

• Proven experience recruiting for technician and field leadership positions in electrical, testing, commissioning or data center spaces.
• Full cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency) with direct sourcing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with strong attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Source, interview, and assess potential candidates to determine qualifications and suitability.
• Build a network of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, industry events, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and trade organizations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment.
• Manage recruitment databases and track key performance metrics.
• Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring candidates are informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Work with hiring managers to facilitate the interview process, including scheduling, debriefs, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide feedback.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Partner with HR, Total Rewards/Compensation, TA Leadership, Hiring Managers, and other internal partners.
• Proven experience recruiting for technician and field leadership positions, preferably in electrical, testing, commissioning or data center spaces.
