ABM is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for Electrical Power Services to join our hybrid Tempe team. The role focuses on attracting and assessing top talent for our Electrical Power Organization, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technician and field leadership roles (electrical, testing, commissioning, or data center).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting regulations.
• Proficient with recruitment software and ATS.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source, interview, and assess candidates for open positions.
• Build a network of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, events, and referrals.
• Develop relationships with educational institutions and trade organizations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment regulations.
• Manage recruitment databases and track performance metrics.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, debriefs, and offer negotiations with hiring managers.

• Partner with HR, Total Rewards/Compensation, TA Leadership, and hiring managers.
