The Larko Group is expanding and seeks an experienced Recruiter to join our Chicago HQ. This hybrid role blends in-office collaboration two days a week with remote work, leveraging relationships to place top talent across professional services.

We value curiosity, strong communication, and a client-focused mindset. You will build sourcing plans, screen applicants, conduct behavioral interviews, and guide hiring discussions with senior leadership to ensure exceptional candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a professional services recruiting or similar role
• Ability to balance multiple responsibilities with high attention to detail
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent relationship-building abilities
• Comfort in a fast-paced industry

Responsibilities

• Create innovative sourcing plans using social media, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn
• Develop and maintain candidate relationships for future roles
• Screen and interview applicants
• Conduct meaningful behavioral interviews
• Manage multiple openings and communicate with candidates
• Attend meetings to understand client staffing needs
• Facilitate interview and hiring discussions
• Provide expert consultation on hiring processes and market trends
• Stay current on recruiting trends and innovate to stay competitive
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and meet weekly quotas
