Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in technical roles.
• Experience sourcing for data science, data engineering, or architecture.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and high-volume sourcing.
• Aptitude for meeting weekly candidate submissions.

Responsibilities

• Review and qualify applications to identify candidates aligned with technical requirements
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing strategies to identify and engage highly qualified technical talent
• Source candidates for specialized roles including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Solutions Architects, Technical Project Managers, and other technical positions
• Develop creative, personalized outreach strategies to attract passive candidates
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and maintain consistent communication throughout the sourcing process
• Conduct initial phone screens as needed and transition qualified candidates to the recruiter
• Manage a high volume of candidates and searches while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Partner closely with recruiters to understand search requirements and continuously refine sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of technical talent for current and anticipated openings
• Consistently meet sourcing and candidate-submission goals in a fast-moving environment

Ideal Experience

• 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, with a focus on technical roles
• Proven experience sourcing for technical skill sets such as data engineering, data science, architecture, or other specialized technology positions
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience working in an agency, high-volume, or fast-paced recruiting environment preferred
• Demonstrated ability to write creative, compelling candidate outreach messages and generate strong response rates
• Comfortable working with metrics and high-volume sourcing goals
• Ability to consistently identify and present approximately 8–10 qualified candidates per role each week
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities
• Naturally resourceful, persistent, and creative in finding difficult-to-reach candidates
• Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with candidates
• Self-directed and comfortable working with minimal supervision
