Job summary

AlignRx is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Analyst to review pharmacy payments and unmatched transactions in the eRecon system. This remote role focuses on timely identification of matches and over/underpayments while maintaining accuracy.

You will communicate findings to management, participate in troubleshooting reconciliation software, and support ongoing process improvements. A High School Diploma and 1–3 years in retail pharmacy or healthcare billing are preferred, with strong Excel

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-3 years of retail pharmacy, medical billing, or healthcare claims experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office suite experience including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute a daily review of the Unmatched payment screen in eRecon to determine if a match in claim data exists.
• Complete a daily review of any payment items that result in over/underpayment of claims.
• Effectively communicate results or any items of note to Management.
• Analyze and report any PBM action that may require a store communication to Management.
• Participate in works groups relating to reconciliation software, i.e. programming and troubleshooting.
• Perform other duties and projects as required by management.
