The role requires 3+ years of experience, active bar admission in multiple jurisdictions, and strong drafting/negotiation skills, with a collaborative, hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Active Bar Admission in listed jurisdictions in good standing
• 3+ years of substantive commercial real estate experience
• Handling acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial real estate purchases, sales, and financing transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and related documents
• Conduct and coordinate due diligence including title, survey, zoning reviews
• Assist with transaction structuring, negotiations, closings, and post-closing matters
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups for comprehensive solutions
• Manage client communications and support efficient execution of complex transactions
