Wealth Recruitment, LLC is representing a national AmLaw 200 firm seeking a Real Estate Associate to handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions across multiple jurisdictions. The role involves acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and complex closing work with close collaboration across practice areas.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of commercial real estate experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple matters with high precision.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar admission in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Texas, or Washington, D.C., in good standing
• 3+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Hands-on experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and real estate financing
• Strong knowledge of transaction structures, due diligence, title and survey review, and closing processes
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to successfully manage multiple sophisticated matters simultaneously
• Commitment to exceptional client service and collaborative teamwork
• Prior law firm experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Represent sophisticated clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, easements, and other transactional documents
• Conduct and coordinate due diligence involving title, survey, zoning, and related real estate matters
• Assist with transaction structuring, negotiations, closings, and post-closing matters
• Manage multiple transactions and deadlines while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate directly with clients and help drive transactions toward successful completion
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
