Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking an Associate Attorney for its Real Estate Finance Practice Group. The role offers exposure to complex real estate finance matters, construction lending, and multi-tiered capital transactions with direct client interaction and meaningful responsibility.

The position is hybrid, with locations nationwide, and requires 2–5 years of substantive RE finance experience, a JD from a top-tier law school, and active bar admission in a relevant jurisdiction.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders, capital providers, and borrowers in complex real estate finance transactions.
• Structure, negotiate, and document construction loans, mortgage financings, and equity investments.
• Advise clients on debt and equity investment structures involving commercial real estate assets.
• Handle multi-tiered capital transactions and distressed real estate matters.
• Collaborate with partners and clients throughout all phases of transactions.
• Maintain significant client contact while managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
