Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join a national AmLaw 200 firm's Commercial Real Estate Practice Group in a hybrid role. The attorney will handle complex transactions across acquisitions, dispositions, and financing for multi-class assets, collaborating with a skilled team.

Qualified candidates have a JD from an ABA-accredited school and bar admissions in multiple states, with 5+ years of substantive experience in real estate.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record.
• Active bar admission in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Texas, or Washington, D.C., in good standing.
• 5+ years of substantive commercial real estate experience.

Responsabilités

• Represent clients in commercial real estate purchases, sales, and financing transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, easements, and related documents.
• Conduct and coordinate due diligence reviews including title, survey, zoning analyses.
• Assist with transaction structuring, negotiations, closings, and post-closing matters.
• Collaborate across practice groups and manage client communications.
