Qualifications

• JD and Illinois admission to practice as an attorney.
• 3+ years of experience in general real estate transactions.
• Strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, research, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support transactions and strategy.
• Draft briefs, contracts, and other legal documents with accuracy.
• Assist/manage complex real estate transactions from inception to closing.
• Build and maintain internal and external client relationships professionally.
• Collaborate with lawyers and professionals to develop transaction strategies.
• Attend hearings, negotiations, and other high-level legal activities.
