DLA Piper is seeking an Real Estate Associate in Boston with 3–5 years of experience in general real estate transactions, including purchase, sale, joint ventures, and financing. Candidates should have strong academic backgrounds from recognized law schools and a JD admitted to practice in Massachusetts.

The role supports a growing Real Estate practice in the Boston office. The position emphasizes collaboration, client interaction, and high-level transactional work within a hybrid work model.

Responsabilidades

• Legal Research: Conduct thorough and comprehensive research to support case/transaction strategy.
• Legal Writing: Draft well-written, error-free legal documents including briefs, motions, contracts, and correspondence.
• Case/Transaction Management: Assist/manage complex cases/transactions from inception to resolution.
• Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong internal and external client relationships with professionalism.
• Collaboration: Work with lawyers and professionals to develop innovative strategies.
• Attend and participate in high-level legal activities including hearings, depositions, negotiations, and trials.
• Compliance: Ensure rigorous compliance with legal standards and precedents.
• Professional Development: Seek ongoing training to enhance knowledge and leadership skills.
• Firm Citizenship: Contribute to firm programs and pro bono efforts.
