• 3-7 years of corporate M&A experience at AmLaw 100 or similar firm.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough legal research to support transactions and strategy.
• Draft principal acquisition agreements and related documents.
• Negotiate, structure, and close mergers & acquisitions transactions.
• Interact with clients and colleagues to provide timely updates and quality legal work.
• Collaborate with other lawyers and professionals to develop effective deal strategies.
• Support high-level legal activities including negotiations and closings.
