Aligned Talent Acquisition is partnering with a leading national law firm in Chicago to identify a Transactional Real Estate Associate Attorney. This hybrid role focuses on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions for developers, investors, lenders, and institutional clients.

Ideal candidates will have 3–6 years of real estate transactional experience, JD from an ABA-accredited school, and Illinois bar admission or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Illinois bar admission required or ability to become admitted.

Responsibilities

• Represent developers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants, private equity sponsors, or institutional clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, joint venture agreements, development agreements, and related transaction documents.
• Independently manage transactions and work directly with clients.
