Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC Beverly Hills is seeking an Agent Engineer (Builder) to design and deploy AI agents and low-code automations that accelerate real estate operations. You will partner with department heads and property teams to convert business rules into scalable prompts, skills, and connectors.

This cross-functional role reports to IT with exposure to Acquisitions, Accounting, Property Management, HR, and Leasing.

Qualifications

2+ years in automation, business systems, or similar technical roles.
Hands-on with LLMs and agentic tools to produce reliable results.
Experience building skills, assistants, plugins, or connectors on AI platforms.
Familiarity with APIs and basic automation concepts.
Strong written and verbal communication to translate problems.
Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

Interview stakeholders across Acquisitions, Accounting, Operations, HR, and Leasing to map workflows.
Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automations to automate document review, data entry, and reporting.
Integrate agents with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook, Yardi, Rippling using connectors and low-code tools.
Package tools for non-technical users with short how-to guides.
Monitor and iterate on deployed agents; track hours saved and error reduction.
Document workflows and maintain a library of reusable components.
Stay current on AI tooling and recommend new use cases.
