Job summary

Century 21 Action Plus Realty in Wall Township, NJ is hiring Real Estate Sales Associates. No experience is required as we train you from the ground up and help you obtain a New Jersey real estate license, with leads from day one.

You will Prospect for buyers and sellers, conduct showings, present and negotiate offers, and guide clients through financing and inspections, with contracts through closing. This role offers a flexible schedule and strong onboarding.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we train Real Estate Sales Associates from the ground up.
• Must be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for home buyers and sellers through phone, text, email, and community networking.
• Schedule and conduct showings, present and negotiate purchase offers, guide clients through financing and inspections.
• Manage contracts from accepted offer through closing.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, one-on-one coaching, and continuing education.
