Job summary

Century 21 Action Plus Realty in Howell, NJ is seeking Real Estate Sales Associates to join a fast‑moving team. No prior real estate experience is required; we train you from the ground up and help you obtain your New Jersey real estate license while you earn commissions from day one.

You will prospect buyers and sellers via phone, text, email, and networking, schedule showings, negotiate offers, guide clients through financing and inspections, and manage contracts through closing.

Qualifications

• No experience required—we train Real Estate Sales Associates from the ground up.
• Must be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for home buyers and sellers through phone, text, email, and community networking.
• Schedule and conduct showings, present and negotiate purchase offers, guide clients through financing and inspections, and manage contracts from accepted offer through closing.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, coaching sessions, and continuing education.
