Job summary

Century 21 Action Plus Realty in Bordentown, NJ is hiring Real Estate Sales Associates. You will prospect for buyers and sellers, schedule showings, present and negotiate offers, and guide clients through financing and inspections to closing.

No prior real estate experience is required. We provide award-winning training to license you quickly, lead generation from day one, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary - we train Real Estate Sales Associates from the ground up.
• Must be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for home buyers and sellers through phone, text, email, and community networking.
• Schedule and conduct showings, present and negotiate purchase offers.
• Guide clients through financing and inspections, and manage contracts from accepted offer to closing.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and ongoing continuing education.
• Utilize marketing tools, CRM, and administrative support to build relationships and close sales.
