Job summary

Century 21 Action Plus Realty in Forked River, NJ is hiring Real Estate Sales Associates. No experience required; we train you from the ground up and help you obtain your New Jersey Real Estate License. Earn competitive commissions and grow with a recognized brand.

You will prospect for buyers and sellers, schedule showings, negotiate offers, guide clients through financing and inspections, and manage contracts through closing with strong administrative support and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18 or older and able to obtain NJ real estate license (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for home buyers and sellers through phone, text, email, and community networking.
• Schedule and conduct showings, present and negotiate purchase offers, guide clients through financing and inspections, and manage contracts from accepted offer to closing.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and ongoing continuing education.
