Job summary

Century 21 Action Plus Realty is seeking Real Estate Sales Associates in Little Egg Harbor, NJ. Entry-level friendly with licensed training and access to leads, marketing tools, and admin support. Flexible schedule and strong earning potential through commissions.

You will prospect for buyers and sellers, show homes, negotiate offers, and guide clients through financing and closing, while benefiting from ongoing coaching and education.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary — we train Real Estate Sales Associates from the ground up.
• Must be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.
• Coachable, self-motivated with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for home buyers and sellers through phone, text, email, and community networking.
• Schedule and conduct showings, present and negotiate purchase offers.
• Guide clients through financing and inspections, and manage contracts from accepted offer to closing.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and ongoing continuing education.
