Addison Group is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal in Phoenix, AZ. This role supports attorneys on real estate transactional matters, including drafting and reviewing documents, due diligence, and filing with authorities.

The position is onsite for 90 days, then hybrid with three days onsite and two remote weekly. The ideal candidate has at least four years in a legal setting, strong organizational skills, and excellent written/verbal communication.

Qualifikationen

• At least four years in a legal environment (law firm or corporate).
• Commercial real estate transactional paralegal experience preferred.
• Familiar with legal terminology, document prep and legal research.
• Able to manage multiple assignments with attention to deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide professional client service.

Aufgaben

• Assist multiple attorneys in the real estate practice, coordinating deadlines.
• Draft, review and help prepare contracts, agreements and transactional documents.
• Prepare and submit filings to courts and government agencies as required.
• Conduct legal research on applicable statutes and case law.
• Support due diligence with organized materials and summaries.
• Coordinate client meetings and manage schedules; document discussions.
• Maintain organized electronic files and document management records.
