Gainor Staffing is seeking a Senior Real Estate Paralegal in New York, NY. This role supports sophisticated real estate transactions and financing matters with emphasis on title and survey review, due diligence, and closings. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in a large law firm or title company and a Bachelor’s degree.

You will review title and survey materials, assist with mortgage closings, perform searches, and ensure timely, accurate post-closing actions. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Formación

• 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a large law firm or title company.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and work additional hours as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Review title and survey materials, resolve issues, and coordinate transaction due diligence.
• Support mortgage and mezzanine loan closings, including document preparation and distribution.
• Order UCC, litigation, judgment, and bankruptcy searches and prepare UCC filings.
• Coordinate recording, closing sets, custodial deliveries, and post-closing requirements.
• Maintain accurate time records and meet a minimum of 1,650 annual billable hours.
