Qualifications

• J.D. and active California Bar membership required.
• Civil litigation experience with strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with California civil procedure and litigation practices.
• Strong communication and good judgment; self-motivated approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from pre-litigation through trial and appeal.
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research, discovery, and case analysis.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and other proceedings.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal support professionals.
