Job summary

Federal Express Corporation seeks a Real Estate Project Manager to support the company’s facilities strategy across industrial, office and parking spaces, including lease evaluations, capital planning and vendor coordination. Key duties include negotiating leases, tracking extensions, coordinating bids, maintaining landlord relationships and ensuring projects meet budget and schedule.

This is a hybrid role based near Pittsburgh, PA, with on-site work several days weekly and residents within 50

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Real Estate or related area required.
• Ability to analyze leases and real estate options with sound judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in investigations, evaluations, and recommendations for real estate alternatives to meet the company's facility capacity needs and operational requirements.
• Assist with negotiations for leases and legal contracts.
• Coordinates with external vendors and internal team members.
• Works with other departments to determine the scope of building improvements, solicits and evaluates bids.
• Drafts Capital/Lease Expenditure Authorization Requests (CLEARs).
• Maintains landlord relationships and interprets and enforces lease provisions and assist with resolving disputes.
