Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication skills to explain complex information.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in investigations, evaluations, and recommendations for real estate alternatives to meet capacity needs.
• Assist with negotiations for leases and legal contracts.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal team members.
• Work with other departments to determine scope of building improvements and solicit bids.
