Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Real Estate Director to support its growing national portfolio. You will lead lease negotiations, oversee lease administration, and collaborate with Soar's Real Estate, Growth, and Market Operations teams to drive planning, transactions, and occupancy management.

The ideal candidate is execution-driven, thrives in a fast-paced multi-site environment, and aligns with Soar’s mission to expand access to high-quality autism care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the real estate industry.
• Experience negotiating multiples leases at a time.
• Strong organizational, written communication, and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of different lease administration platforms.
• Ability to review and directly redline leases.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease negotiations for new Soar Autism Center facilities, including reviewing and editing lease language and coordinating external input.
• Manage lease amendments for Soar Autism Center facilities.
• Coordinate with external real estate counsel to keep legal expenses in budget.
• Serve as point of contact for landlords post-lease execution and generate welcome letters.
• Coordinate and track security and pre-paid rent payments, and manage renewal processes.
