Qualifications
- Active member of the TN Bar, or able to waive in.
- At least 3 years of real estate experience.
- Experience with acquisitions, leasing, divestitures, and real estate finance.
Responsibilities
- Advise on sophisticated real estate transactions for end-user clients.
- Draft and negotiate real estate agreements, leases, and purchase agreements.
- Support development and governance documents related to real estate projects.
